Shiya Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the “user”) and infyniclick (“we” or “us”) for using Shiya and its related website. Please read them before use. Registration or login constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. The service

Shiya is a family growth app for adult parents and guardians. You can:

Set family habits, track growth points and record parent-defined reward redemptions.
Save children’s little moments and organize them into family stories.
Use editing and narration to produce audio based on recorded facts.
Use AI story creation to expand a record into a story.
Manage family stories and playback history, and share stories with family members.

2. Accounts

Provide a valid email and safeguard your account and password. You are responsible for losses resulting from disclosure of your account credentials.
One account is permitted per email address. Creating fake accounts, bulk registration and account resale are prohibited.
Accounts are for your own or your household’s use and may not be lent, rented or transferred to others.
Report suspected account compromise promptly to support@infyniclick.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload content that violates the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Upload prohibited content, including pornography, violence, terrorism, gambling, politically sensitive content, religious incitement or ethnic discrimination.
Impersonate others or misuse their identity, likeness, name or photos.
Upload another person’s work, trade secrets or private information without authorization.
Access or obtain app data through scrapers, automated scripts or reverse engineering.
Attack, scan or stress-test our servers maliciously.
Use the app for fraud, pyramid schemes, unlawful purchase inducement or other illegal activities.

We may immediately suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

4. Seeds and family growth points

“Seeds” are virtual items used for AI generation and narration. A corresponding number is deducted when generating content.
New accounts receive 300 seeds. Additional seeds may be available through check-ins, activities and family referrals.
Seeds cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent value, or transferred to another account.
Remaining seeds are cleared without return when an account is deleted.
Children’s growth points are separate from seeds. Growth points record a family agreement and have no cash value. Parents hold actual gift money and are responsible for providing promised rewards; Shiya does not provide payments, savings deposits or prize fulfillment.

5. Intellectual property

Your uploads: you retain ownership of original photos, text and recordings. You authorize Shiya to use them to generate stories and audio, store them and display them to members of the same family. You can delete your materials and are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of related representations.
AI-generated content: under these terms, story text, narration and cover images generated from your materials belong to you. You must ensure they do not infringe third-party rights.
Product assets: the app interface, brand, code and non-user-uploaded base assets belong to infyniclick and may not be used commercially without written permission.

6. AI content

AI-generated stories, narration and covers are labeled in the app. Output may be factually inaccurate, illogical or stylistically inconsistent. Model-based review and human spot checks do not guarantee complete accuracy. Parents should review content before sharing it with children.

We maintain content review and reporting mechanisms under China’s Provisions on the Administration of Deep Synthesis Internet Information Services. Report problems through the app’s reporting feature or by email.

7. Availability and changes

We seek to keep the service available, but maintenance, upgrades or external dependencies such as AI services and CDNs may cause temporary interruptions.
Features may be added, changed or removed as business or regulatory requirements evolve. We will notify users in advance of major changes.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, government actions or network failures.

8. Minors

The app is intended for adult parents. If you are under 18, use it with a guardian present and obtain their consent before submitting information. We do not actively collect identifying information from children under 14. Parents who discover unauthorized use by their child can contact support@infyniclick.com.

9. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or data loss resulting from use of the service. Back up important data yourself.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may change as laws or features change. We will notify users in the app or update the date at the top of this page. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

The laws of the People’s Republic of China apply. Disputes should first be resolved through discussion. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be brought before the competent people’s court where infyniclick is located.
